Project Overview

Porous carbon material is a three-dimensional grid carbon material. Compared with activated carbon material, it has high conductivity and high specific surface area. It has a very wide range of applications in the fields of energy storage equipment, catalysts and adsorbents. At present, the domestic supercapacitor market alone has reached RMB 7 billion, and the market for drinking water purification products has reached RMB 13 billion.

This project uses a conjugated polymer framework as a precursor to obtain layered porous carbon materials under high temperature conditions. The current specific surface area of the product is 4,073 m2/g, which is a world record level. Through the research of this project, the pilot production of porous carbon materials can be realized. In terms of application research, the aim is to take advantage of the ultra-high specific surface area and preparation process of this porous carbon material to prepare a drinking water filter element material with low cost and excellent treatment effect; in addition, to give play to the high conductivity characteristics of this material through effective mesopores The design and adjustment of the supercapacitor products with higher capacitance per unit volume have been prepared.
